After completing his Surgery residency in 1989, Dr. Rubin embarked on his Plastic Surgery residency in Germany 1991. After completing full program of the study in 1995, he was personally invited by Dr. Steven Hoefflin to precede his continuing education in department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in UCLA, University in Los Angeles, USA. Dr. Rubin finished his fellowship with honors in 2001.

In 2001 Dr. Rubin joined dermatology office of Dr. Zein Obagi in Beverly Hills where he has developed a series of definitive prevention and maintenance programs that have revolutionized skin restoration treatments and contributed to our understanding of skin health.

After almost 20 years of active research, board certifications and studying Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and many thousands of complicated and delicate procedures Dr. Rubin started his own international practice in 2003. Now his offices are located through out the world.

Dr. Rubin has trained and lectured to thousands of plastic surgeons and dermatologists at scientific forums worldwide; in addition, he provides clinical services and physician-training programs on-site at various medical centers in three continents. I have always been artistic as far as I can remember, always gravitating towards artistic mediums along with a strong aesthetic appreciation for the world around me. However, I have also always had a curious side and been motivated by science, biology and medicine. When I first realized, at age thirteen, that plastic surgery could be my career I knew I had found my place. Plastic surgery represents the perfect synthesis of art and science, where the left and right sides of my brain could express themselves in harmony.
